Design/Build

This approach allows the owner to minimize contracts and risks when approaching a project. As your General Contractor we will assist with the design of the project, to help control costs, schedule, lead times, earlier savings in project costs before design is complete, and ensure you a quality product in the end. We will work hand in hand with the architect and you as a complete team. We know that when done in a typical design/bid/build process, plans are already completed.

When bids come in at a higher than expected cost, the end user is spending more dollars towards value engineering and re-design that is unnecessary if a General Contractor, is brought on board earlier in the process to reduce, if not eliminate these types of risks, costs, and schedule impacts. We approach your project as if it is our own, regardless of how you prefer to contract it. We are here as a team member to ensure you not only get what you want, but also for the price and time you need it.
